Physician-led longevity medicine

The longevity space is loud. Good medicine
is quiet.

Cold plunges, continuous glucose monitors, 47-supplement morning routines, 100-biomarker panels that flag everything and explain nothing. Longevity medicine has no shortage of things to sell you. We’re more interested in what actually works.

Our philosophy

Longevity is stewardship,
not obsession.

We didn’t build this practice for people who want to biohack their way to 120. We built it for people who want to show up fully at work, with their families, and in their bodies for as long as possible. That requires medicine, not mythology.

01

Evidence first.

We follow the data, not the trend cycle. If something doesn’t have meaningful clinical support, we’ll tell you, even if it’s popular.

02

Specific, not generic.

Your biology is not a template. Every recommendation we make is grounded in your labs, your history, and your goals, not a standard protocol.

03

Long game only.

We don’t do quick fixes. We work with a small number of patients over time because real health change doesn’t happen in a 15-minute visit.

Patient outcomes

Real results.
Real patients. Real
plans.

Physician-led care should feel personal, practical, and grounded in what actually changes your life.

“Three doctors told me my labs were fine. I knew something was off. Dr. Ajiwe found it, named it, and fixed it. That’s the difference between checking boxes and actually practicing medicine.”

“I came in for weight loss. I left with a full picture of my health I’d never had before, including sleep, hormones, metabolic health, and cardiovascular risk. The weight loss happened almost as a byproduct.”

“I’m 58 and my biological age score came back at 44. That’s not magic. That’s years of working with a physician who actually paid attention. Worth every penny.”

What we do

Your 30-year health strategy starts here.

We don’t offer packages. We build plans around your biology, your goals, and the version of yourself you want to protect long-term.

01

Longevity Medicine & Preventive Health

We look at where you are now and map where you’re headed using advanced labs, imaging, and functional testing that most annual physicals never touch. The goal: catch what’s drifting before it becomes a diagnosis.

Comprehensive metabolic panel · cardiovascular risk · hormonal health · VO2 max · biological age

02

Weight & Metabolic Optimization

Not a diet. Not a prescription with no follow-up. We find out why your metabolism is doing what it’s doing, then we build a plan to fix it. Sustainable results come from understanding your biology, not fighting it.

Metabolic testing · GLP-1 where appropriate · nutrition strategy · body composition · ongoing oversight

03

Hormone Health & Optimization

Fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and low drive are not always just getting older. Hormonal shifts are measurable and treatable. We look at the full picture: thyroid, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, and more.

Full hormone panel · individualized therapy · ongoing monitoring · symptom-to-data correlation

04

Performance & Cognitive Health

Being healthy isn’t enough if you’re not sharp. We work with patients who want to perform at work, physically, and mentally, then build the physiological foundation that makes that possible long-term.

Cognitive assessment · sleep optimization · exercise physiology ·
nutrition · recovery protocols

What we don't do.

We work with a focused number of patients at a time. All care is physician-led, long-term, and built around you specifically.

Meet Dr. Ajiwe

Dr. Tochi Ajiwe

I became a doctor for everyone. I built this for my parents first.

My father has diabetes. For years he was on medications that managed the numbers just enough to avoid a conversation, but not enough to actually change anything. My mother was going through menopause and suffering through it, told it was just something to endure.

I was a physician. I understood biology. And I still didn’t know how to help them because what they were getting wasn’t personalized medicine. It was standard medicine. There’s a difference.

“So I did the research. My dad’s A1C went from 6.5 to 5.5. My mom got on an estrogen patch and got her life back. It worked because it was built  around them, not around a protocol.”

That’s the moment I understood what medicine is supposed to feel like. Not reactive. Not generic. Not a prescription with no follow-up. Something specific, evidence-based, and built around the person in front of you.

I want my parents around for a long time, so I’m very motivated to get this right.

The Insider Network exists for one reason: most people trying to make good decisions about their health are drowning in content and starving for clarity. We fix that once a month, in plain language, from an actual physician.

Neurodegenerative diseases impact 8.4 million Americans, with cases on the rise.

Standard Approach

Screening usually begins only after symptoms like memory loss or confusion appear.

Our Approach

We use genetic testing and detailed family history analysis to assess risk with precision, even before symptoms develop.

Result

Identifying high-risk individuals early allows for personalized interventions like lab monitoring, dietary changes, and exercise to lower future risks.

Metabolic dysfunction impacts over 93 million U.S. adults, fueling obesity and chronic disease risk.

Standard Approach

Screenings like colonoscopies and mammograms usually begin at ages 50 and 40.

Our Approach

We start colonoscopy screenings at age 40 and use advanced tools like Full-Body MRIs, liquid biopsies, and lab tests to detect risks early.

Result

We start colonoscopy screenings at age 40 and use advanced tools like Full-Body MRIs, liquid biopsies, and lab tests to detect risks early.

Despite progress, cancer impacts 1.9 million Americans and causes over 600,000 deaths annually.

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the US, claiming 655,000 lives each year.

Standard Approach

Blood pressure and cholesterol screenings to evaluate heart attack risk typically begin in the 60s and 70s, focusing on a 10-year risk assessment.

Our Approach

By leveraging a 30-year risk profile, we use advanced lab tests and imaging to identify heart disease risk up to three decades in advance.

Result

Helping our patients take proactive steps to minimize their risk well before the disease develops.
